Ángela Alfau

Admitted to the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic in 2011. Her professional practice focuses primarily on real estate and banking law. She served as an assistant attorney in the Second Chamber of the Court of Original Jurisdiction of the National District, drafting proposed judgments for contentious case files. She currently provides advice on real estate acquisitions and the registration of transfers, and also advises banking institutions in commercial and personal banking, including the preparation of mortgage agreements and other types of collateral and their corresponding registration.
