His professional practice focuses on civil, commercial, real estate, labor, administrative and criminal litigation. Early in his career, he worked at the law office of Mercedes Santos & Asoc. for two (2) years, drafting contracts, handling motor-vehicle transfers, preparing case files and drafting legal documents. He also served as an Ordinary Bailiff of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Santo Domingo Province. He currently serves as a paralegal in the Litigation Department, assisting attorneys with research, drafting legal documents, case preparation, representing clients in court, and the organization and management of legal documents, as well as proceedings before the DGII for senior non-possessory security interest agreements over motor vehicles, motor-vehicle transfers and real estate transfers.
