Associate Attorney
Admitted to the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic in 2019. His professional practice focuses on civil, commercial, real estate, labor, administrative and criminal litigation. Early in his career, he provided support in the setup and coordination of several national elections, as well as at polling stations. He also worked in the General Secretariat of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), as well as in the chambers of that High Court's presiding judge, Santiago Salvador Sosa Castillo, handling contentious electoral matters and the rectification of civil-status records. He subsequently worked as an attorney at a prestigious law firm for two (2) years and seven (7) months. He currently serves as an Associate Attorney in the Litigation Department, in charge of preparing case files, drafting legal documents, and representing and assisting clients both in public hearings and before the judicial and administrative bodies required by the nature of each case and in accordance with the aforementioned practice areas.
