Bachelor of Laws from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) (2001), where he also completed postgraduate studies in Civil Procedural Law (2003). He has been a scholarship holder and participant in various seminars and workshops sponsored by international organizations such as CISAC, IFPI, WIPO and FILAIE, among which the following stand out, by way of example only: the XI Theoretical-Practical Training Course on Collective Management, Montevideo, Uruguay (2002); the Ibero-American Training Course on the Intellectual Property Rights of Performers, Madrid, Spain (2004); the XIII Regional Academic Course WIPO/SGAE on Copyright and Related Rights for Latin American Countries, Mexico City, Mexico (2007); and the International Seminar on Copyright and Related Rights, Santo Domingo de Guzmán, Dominican Republic (2014). He has authored numerous articles published in the leading legal journals of the Dominican Republic, as well as in various national newspapers.

A lecturer and instructor in various copyright seminars and workshops. He has more than twenty (20) years of uninterrupted professional practice, devoting most of his time to civil, real estate, administrative, labor and criminal litigation, having had the opportunity to work at various law firms, private entities, and collective copyright-management organizations and the like. He currently serves as director of the Litigation Department, ensuring personal and direct service across all matters handled by the firm.
